• May 2022: TransferMate, the world’s leading B2B payments infrastructure-as-a-service provider, achieved unicorn status with a €1BN valuation after a €70M funding round.
• December 2022: Gradguide was acquired by UK tech company native.
• June 2023: Immedis, a leading global payroll platform, was acquired by UKG in one of Ireland’s largest technology deals.
