CluneTech Celebrates a Decade of Excellence as One of Ireland’s Best Workplaces

Thursday, February 27th, 2025. Kilkenny-based software technology group, CluneTech, has once again been officially recognised as one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland™. At the annual Great Place to Work Awards on Wednesday, February 26th, 2025, CluneTech was named as one of Ireland’s top medium workplaces.

This year marks a particularly special milestone for CluneTech, as it celebrates 10 consecutive years of recognition as a top Irish workplace. This achievement is based on direct feedback from employees through an extensive and anonymous survey that evaluates the workplace experience. In honour of this decade-long commitment to fostering a positive work environment, CluneTech received the prestigious Great Place to Work Laureate Award, joining an elite group of only four organisations to reach this milestone in 2025.

Speaking about the recognition, CluneTech Founder and CEO, Terry Clune said:

“Being recognised as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces for 10 consecutive years is an achievement we’re extremely proud of. Receiving the Laureate Award reflects the hard work and dedication of our entire team from the very start of our Great Place to Work journey.
Over the past decade, we've developed a strong, supportive culture, and that’s all due to the commitment and insights from our team across the globe. A sincere thank you to every one of our employees who go above and beyond every day to ensure that CluneTech truly is a great place to work.”

Chloe Hennessy, Employee Experience Manager at CluneTech, added:

“We’re incredibly proud to receive the Laureate Award from Great Place to Work Ireland, recognising CluneTech as a best workplace for 10 consecutive years. This achievement reflects our commitment to building a culture where our people feel valued, supported, and heard. It’s a true testament to the collaborative and innovative environment we’ve created together.
As we look to the future, we’re excited to continue this journey, committed to a workplace that celebrates individuality and steers away from a one-size-fits-all approach. We remain focused on fostering an environment where every voice matters, and where we continue to grow and succeed together, adapting to the unique needs of our people.”

Cathal Divilly, CEO of Great Place to Work® Ireland, said:

"When employees feel valued and supported in their roles, they’re more engaged, motivated and collaborative, bringing their whole selves to work and contributing their best ideas and perspectives to drive progress.
As we recognise this year’s Best Workplaces in Ireland, we applaud them for embracing these principles, setting new standards for workplace excellence. Their commitment to wellbeing and innovation, and fostering cultures of purpose and belonging, is shaping the future of work in away that benefits not just their employees, but society as a whole. Congratulations to all who are leading the way. Your commitment to excellence is truly inspiring."
